  • Ages 19 to 50
  • Fast paced and competitive
  • Draft league – 6 teams with 84 players
  • From September to March
  • Bolton & Caledon East Arenas
  • 20 regular season games
  • 5 game round robin playoff games
  • Semi-finals + Callaghan Cup Championship
  • All-Star Game
